Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through WINMO are final.

By purchasing a WINMO membership (a digital content membership offered by Club Mobile LLC DBA WINMO and sold through Whop), you acknowledge and agree to the following Final Sale Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)

WINMO does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees
  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Accidental or unintended purchases
  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal

All purchases are final and non-refundable immediately upon completion of checkout.

2. Digital Content Acknowledgment (Important)

WINMO provides immediate access to digital content and membership benefits upon purchase.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing access to digital content, not a physical product or guaranteed outcome
  • Access is delivered instantly, and the product is deemed used and consumed immediately
  • You waive any right to refunds to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws governing digital goods

Fees are charged for access only, not for results, performance, or outcomes.

3. No Refunds Based on Experience or Results

WINMO content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

  • Personal expectations or assumptions
  • Satisfaction or dissatisfaction with content
  • Individual experiences or interpretations
  • Perceived or actual outcomes or results

WINMO does not guarantee results, and no purchase is contingent on performance.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your WINMO subscription:

  • Access remains available until the end of the current billing period
  • No prorated refunds or credits will be issued
  • Mobile service benefits (if applicable) may transition to a standard paid plan through Club Mobile

Cancellation does not create eligibility for any refund.

5. No Exceptions Policy

There are no exceptions to this Final Sale Policy, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues or user error
  • Service interruptions or outages
  • Network, carrier, or third-party issues
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Failure to review, understand, or agree with product details or policies

6. Chargeback & Payment Disputes (Strict)

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid transactions.

In the event of a dispute:

  • Your access may be immediately terminated
  • Your account may be suspended or permanently restricted
  • You may be prohibited from future purchases

WINMO reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks using:

  • Transaction and billing records
  • Login, access, and usage logs
  • IP address and device data
  • Records of acceptance of this policy at checkout

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your transaction is valid and authorized.

7. User Acknowledgment & Waiver

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Final Sale Policy
  • You agree that all purchases are final and non-refundable
  • You waive any right to refunds, returns, or credits
  • You understand that access to digital content is delivered immediately
