This Privacy Policy explains how WINMO (a digital membership offered by Club Mobile LLC DBA WINMO, "WINMO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you purchase, access, or use WINMO through Whop (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from:
- Visitors to WINMO pages on Whop
- Members who purchase or access the WINMO subscription
- Users who contact us for support
18+ Only: WINMO is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
2. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
Depending on your use of the Service, we may receive:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing and purchase information (processed through Whop)
- Support communications

When you interact with the Service, we and/or third parties (including Whop) may collect:

If you activate or are eligible for mobile service through Club Mobile, we may collect or receive:

- SIM/eSIM activation details

- Account status and limited service usage data
This data is collected solely for provisioning and maintaining mobile service and not for content delivery purposes.

- Provide access to WINMO membership and content
- Process subscriptions and verify account status through Whop
- Determine eligibility for mobile service benefits

4. Membership & Mobile Service Relationship
If WINMO includes eligibility for mobile service:
- Membership status (active, canceled, expired) may be used to manage service eligibility
- If your membership ends, your mobile service may transition to a standard paid plan through Club Mobile
- Your phone number and service may remain active under applicable carrier terms
Mobile service is a separate operational service and is not the primary product of WINMO.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as necessary to operate the Service.
A. Whop (Payment & Subscription Platform)
Whop processes payments and provides subscription-related data required to confirm purchases, manage subscriptions, and provide access.
B. Telecom & Service Providers (If Applicable)
If mobile service is activated, information may be shared with:
- Telecom carriers and network providers
- SIM/eSIM provisioning partners
- Billing, tax, and compliance vendors
C. Service Providers
We may share information with third-party vendors that assist with:
- Customer support
- Analytics and performance monitoring
- Communications (email/SMS)
- Security and fraud prevention
D. Legal & Compliance
