4. Mobile Service & Digital Content Relationship
WINMO is a mobile service membership. Digital content is included as a member benefit.
- Your account status (active, canceled, expired) determines your eligibility for both mobile service and included digital content
- If your membership ends, your mobile line may transition to a standard paid plan through Club Mobile LLC
- Your phone number and service may remain active under applicable carrier terms
- Discontinuation of digital content access does not affect outstanding mobile service obligations
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as necessary to operate the Service.
A. Telecom & Network Partners
To provide mobile service, information is shared with:
- Telecom carriers and network providers
- SIM/eSIM provisioning partners
- Billing, tax, and compliance vendors
B. Payment Processors
Payment and subscription information is processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
