Terms of Service

By purchasing, accessing, or using WINMO (a digital membership offered by Club Mobile LLC DBA WINMO and sold through Whop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

1. Eligibility (18+ Only)

WINMO is intended strictly for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Access by minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Nature of Service (Important)

WINMO is a digital content membership.

Your purchase provides access to:

  • Sports-related content, commentary, and insights
  • Community-based information and general analysis
  • Conditional eligibility for mobile service benefits (see Section 5)

WINMO does not provide financial advice, investment advice, gambling or betting services, wager placement services, or guaranteed outcomes.

You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to content and membership, not any form of profit-generating service.

3. Entertainment & No Reliance

All content provided through WINMO is for entertainment and informational purposes only, general in nature, and subject to change at any time without notice.

You agree that:

  • You will not rely on any content as a basis for financial or wagering decisions
  • Any decisions you make are done entirely at your own risk
  • WINMO is not responsible for any outcomes, including gains or losses

4. No Guarantees / Results Disclaimer

WINMO does not guarantee winning outcomes, profitability, accuracy of predictions, or any specific financial result.

Any examples or references to performance are not guarantees, not typical, and provided for illustrative purposes only.

5. Mobile Service Benefits (Conditional & Separate)

WINMO may include conditional access to mobile service benefits provided by Club Mobile.

You acknowledge:

  • Mobile service is a separate service component, not the primary product
  • Availability is subject to carrier limitations, device compatibility, and coverage
  • Service quality, uptime, and performance are not guaranteed

If your WINMO membership is canceled, expires, or is terminated:

  • Access to WINMO content ends immediately
  • Mobile service benefits are discontinued
  • Your mobile line may transition to a standard paid plan through Club Mobile

6. Billing, Final Sale & No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. You expressly agree that you are purchasing digital content access delivered immediately, and no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes dissatisfaction with content, perceived performance, failure to achieve results, unused time, or failure to cancel before renewal.

By completing your purchase, you waive any right to dispute charges based on performance or expectations.

7. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew as disclosed at checkout via Whop
  • You are solely responsible for managing or canceling your subscription
  • Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not create eligibility for refunds

8. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and compliance with all applicable laws. WINMO does not monitor or control how users apply information.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell WINMO content
  • Share access credentials or membership access
  • Use WINMO for unlawful, misleading, or deceptive purposes
  • Misrepresent WINMO or its services
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability (Strict)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WINMO, Club Mobile LLC, and all affiliated parties shall not be liable for any financial losses, indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, decisions made based on content, or mobile service interruptions.

If liability is found, it shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the current billing period only.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WINMO and Club Mobile LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of content.

12. Termination Rights

WINMO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected abuse, or compliance reasons. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.

13. Modifications to Service or Terms

WINMO may modify the content, membership structure, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
